SUSCRIBING TO OUR STRATEGY AND WORK ETHICS
4 major lines of work:
Act in collaboration with the Group entities
representatives, far ahead of the negotiation process to
standardize and consolidate our requirements
Consolidate and globalize volumes on the largest
baseline, including in international locations
Ensure the operational implementation and performance management of
contracts
Therefore contribute to the Group operational
efficiency | This strategy lies in knowledge,
analysis and coordination of the supplier markets through an
eSourcing tool called Tool@chats: it occasionally results in
the use of reverse auctions. The suppliers are guaranteed a fair treatment within the context of free and fair competition More specifically, the same level of information is provided simultaneously to all suppliers approached in a request for proposals and at the close of the process, everyone is informed of the reasons for the decision made by the Société Générale Group. | Société Générale requires from the suppliers to keep strictly confidential the elements which are communicated to them (e.g. specifications) and ensure the same degree of protection for the information they provide. The buyers also operate under strict compliance rules which are specified in the Société Générale Group Code of Conduct. Professionally, they comply with the confidentiality of the conditions proposed by the suppliers, the provisions of the various countries and markets regulations in terms of rights, and refuse any agreement of reciprocity. Personally, they will not accept any gift.
