1 International Development Domain, in charge of
enhancing and developing the contribution of the local sourcing
organizations to the management of supplier relationships, to the
optimisation of local spend and the Group’s operational
efficiency plan, by providing them with the necessary operational
support.
The three main missions of the International Development Domain are
to:
- Structure the sourcing function in new countries
- Accelerate the integration of teams in the International
Sourcing Function
- Contribute to the international development of the sourcing
domains of the Sourcing Division
30 buyers based abroad, in the major
Group international locations, (USA, United Kingdom, Czech
Republic, Romania…). They are in charge of sourcing for a
given geographical area. To this end, the International Development
Domain provides the teams with: guidelines, tools and processes,
best practices and benchmarks, common suppliers and expert
support.
