Talents & Partage is the citizenship association of current and retired Société Générale employees, which was created in 1994.

“The characteristic of the association is that it is intergenerational. It was create by current and retired Société Générale employees, with a view to organising, running and supporting humanitarian initiatives with Société Générale employees, whether they are still working for the bank or not, as well as with their families and children. The common link is civic values.” explains Michel Laviale, the President of Talents & Partage.

Talents & Partage’s resources are generated by subscriptions and donations from its members as well as from an annual grant from Société Générale as part of a protocol agreement signed between the Group and the association in November 2003.

The successful completion of Talents & Partage’s initiatives is ensured by the many volunteers recruited from Société Générale Group in and outside France as they provide direct contact with events on the ground.
