At its meeting on February 15, 2011, the Board of Directors, on the proposal of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee, approved the appointments and renewals of directors, which will be submitted to the Annual General Meeting on May 24, 2011.

Experimenting with groundbreaking innovations is the objective of Lab by Societe Generale. With its brand new showroom, the Lab now has a space dedicated to discussing and presenting the latest innovative products and services developed by the Group.

The showroom, inaugurated on 22 December in the Societe Generale towers at la Défense, was opened in March to Group employees and will soon be open to the public.
